Our professional membership and registration means that you can claim back your fee should you have a healthcare benefits plan which allows you to be reimbursed for alternative or complementary therapies with companies such as Healthshield, Paycare or Sovereign Healthcare. I have  been working as a complementary therapist  with over 20 years of experience and qualified originally in Swedish body massage and aromatherapy followed by reflexology and in 1997 The Bowen Technique. All these therapies are recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

My passion  lies with hands on therapy which can bring about quick, effective changes to benefit the individual. This is what has led me to using the Bowen Technique as my main tool since I discovered its effectiveness  following a long standing neck injury that was helped tremendously whilst I was on the training course.  However, I also appreciate the many benefits of reflexology as an alternative therapy to suit the needs of the client.

I qualified with the European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS) where I worked as a teacher for 11 years. During this time I gained  an extensive knowledge of bodywork and I remain up to date with current practices by attending regular courses.

I have professional membership and am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), The European College of Bowen Studies and also with the Dorn Method Therapist Association.

I welcome the chance to share with you my experience for you to achieve maximum benefit from your chosen therapy.

For more than 10 years I have been a qualified therapist in The Bowen Technique, Swedish body massage and Indian head massage and have since then been working as a complementary therapist from our clinic in Grimsby. I am a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

Throughout these 10 years of experience I have seen the results and benefits of these hands on therapies on clients of all ages.

I have a firm belief in the benefits of complementary therapy and in particular the ones I offer and I welcome the opportunity to share in these and the subsequent  results they can  give.

I will, with your agreement after our initial consultation, suggest how we best move forward and treat your condition, my aim being to offer what will be the most suitable and effective for you.
