The European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS) has been training Bowen practitioners since 1994. Our training is stimulating, detailed and thorough.
Learning the Bowen Technique will enable you to practise this highly regarded treatment with skill and confidence.
The Bowen Technique, with its many proven benefits, is one of the fastest growing therapies in the world. and will revolutionise the life of your clients - and your own.
The course of training starts with a detailed explanation of the
concept of the Bowen Technique. Under close supervision, students practise the moves on each other so that by the end of this course they have the skills to perform a complete body treatment. Small classes allow plenty of supervision and the teaching method is very practical and hands-on. Superb, detailed, colour illustrated teaching manuals are provided on Part One and Part Three.
The training format has been specifically designed to enable people from all backgrounds to be confident and relaxed whilst learning the Bowen Technique. Our courses are also fully accessible to those wishing to study the Bowen Technique to help family and friends. There are no pre-requisites for commencing the Bowen Technique course.
There are five modules to the full training course after which a full certificate of proficiency is given. All parts are modular and flexible.
E.C.B.S. training has accreditation and membership with BTER, FHT, CThA, BABTAC, GPBT, BCMA and the College of Chiropractors.
The first module consists of 4 full days. Part 1 teaches the Bowen structural procedures whichaddress back pain and dysfunction, shoulder and neck pain & restriction, hamstring complaints, elbow, knee & ankle problems.
